Blue Curb, formerly known as “Steam 360,” was established in 2008 with a focus on providing HOT-water pressure washing services to restaurants in the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C .region. Over time, our clientele expanded to include shopping centers, strip malls, homeowner associations (HOAs), and apartment complexes.
Today, our specialization extends to a range of services tailored for commercial property exterior maintenance. This includes hot-patch asphalt repairs, sealcoating, parking lot and garage restriping, maintenance, snow removal, and window washing.
